Absolutely disgusting service from the counter assistant. The woman needs to be placed on a customer service course and be made to understand that people visiting pharmacy to collect meds are often under stress themselves. I am shocked that this woman has not been sacked. I know other people who refuse to use this pharmacy because of treatment from her

Service here has declined. Had lots of issues with trying to get my sons medication and not being informed that its not available or stock issues, or its not been dispensed as there is no one there to do it, until I go to collect it. As a clinical nurse specialist at Derriford I am unable to just pop back in an hour" as I was told to do this morning. Why open a pharmacy at 8.30 and not have anyone there able to dispense medications??"

AVOID!!! Was told items on prescription were available so got surgery to issue priscription, surgery had to chase almost a week later and were told they were there. When we went down was rudely told they weren't available, never were, although they told us and the surgery they were. Told us not available anywhere national shortage. We went to Well Pharmacy on Wolseley Rd, not only had stock there and then but recieved a warm, friendly and helpful service.

As this is the pharmacy for my GP's, surgery, I only use it occasionally cos I dont need meds in general. However the few times I have gone in, I have been very impressed with how helpful they are. I had a couple of questions for the pharmacist and arrived just before closing time due to traffic on the A38. They could not have been more helpful and unfortunately they must have left late because of me. Thanks to the team that went the extra mile and doing what had to be done so I got assistance. I wish more businesses were this helpful. Thanks 'guys'

this place is just a joke imagine being a full run pharmacy who cant even have a functioning telephone system in place where you can actually ring and gain information before coming down and just constantly being dissapointed

DISGUSTING SERVICE ALL ROUND<<< THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONES EVER,,,,MANY ELDERLY ETC ARE GOING WITHOUT THEIR MEDS DUE TO YOU NOT ANSWERING THE PHONES, THERE ARE USUALLY 4 TO 6 PEOPLE THERE WORKING AT ANY TIME SO WHY NOT ANSWER THE PHONE,,,,,YOU ARE PUTTING PEOPLES LIVES AT RISK,, ELDERLY UNABLE TO WALK OR HAVE TRANSPORT CANNOT KEEP COMING TO YOU TO ORDER THEIR MEDS,,,, SORT YOUR SELVES OUT

Absolutely dreadful service and administration. Only about 1 in 10 of my (regular lifetime) prescriptions are available 'first time' and this morning l couldn't even get into the pharmacy as the queue was closed off at 11.30 due to only one member of staff on duty.

Appalling rude front of house assistant, language foul, and incredibly unhelpful. Would not accept that she had made a mistake, blaming problems on the pharmacist who wasn’t in the building.
