I got my laptop fixed here a week or two back (i forgot to post a review before now) and can't recommend more!Speedy and effective service from Graham, who is very knowledgeable; the costs are reasonable & transparent. My laptop was unusable before but I can finally play sims without it crashing now :P

We needed extra memory added to our MacBook Air in order to accommodate an increasing number of photos and videos. Graham cloned the computer and added the new memory, which meant that when it was returned it continued to look and work as it had before. No need to reconnect to wifi etc. or re-enter favourite websites. Quick and efficient. Very pleased.

My dog pulled my work laptop off my desk, meaning I needed urgent repairs. I didn't know ByteGuys existed until I saw it on Google Maps and realised it was literally down the street. Graham was able to fix it all within 24 hours for a fair price. No complaints.

Graham did a great job. I took him a macbook that wouldn't switch on and he fixed it very quickly. It's now been 6 weeks and it's still working like new. Graham kept me updated, let me know the options, and was easy to make arrangements with. I would definitely use Graham's services again.

My laptop had just gone out of warranty that turned out to be a common problem for that model. l took Graham thinking it was a lost cause. He managed to fixed the immediate issue, repair the damage, and put in some measures to prevent repeat problems in the future.Great service and great communication throughout. Cheers!

Do give Byte Guys a try. As usual, small is often better. More accessible, quicker to respond and very reasonable prices. Same day service in my case. If you have a PC issue I can certainly recommend. Very pleased.
