This is my new favorite garage and they definitely deserve the excellent reputation they have. They were on time , thorough and very helpful.Special thanks to the mot tester and especially to chris. Also thanks to paula in the office for keeping me entertained. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage

NEVER USE THIS GARAGEI am not one to write bad reviews but I was completely ripped off and spoken to rudely by Chris, who’s own worker has said that he only cares about money and he doesn’t play fair when we first dropped our car in to be fixed. (Callipers needed replacing apparently)3 return trips later for the problem not being fixed, it was put down to the apprentices not doing the job properly and they had to get the main mechanic in ^^1 day the later the car started to fail and it’s brought back in for a 4th time (for a different reason), they were extremely apologetic. They then told me it was the head gasket after THE 4th time of it going in.I had another conversation with Chris, who couldn’t stop saying sorry but would not take responsibility for the poor management of his employees to diagnose a problem with my car, which has now been quoted £800 to fix (after a discount for messing me around) and paying over £400 for one wheel fix.My car is in perfect working order now and it only cost me £60 from a garage in Poole. - they said there is evidence that the head gasket has been replaced recently and it is uneducated to think the head gasket is gone, unless you really are sleezy like you come across.AVOID WESSEX MOTORS

Took my van here to get a part repaired on the underside and query some other issues. They took it on immediately and I had it back the same day with really honest and decent advice not to mention sorting out the issue at a fair price, the staff are all really nice and welcoming.

I was in need of a new battery for my car and I had been recommended Wessex motors who got in touch, quoted the price etc for me and even came out to my house to fit the battery for me since I couldn’t drive my car, within only a few hours. With everything going on at current times I was very surprised that they could come out and do it on the same day never mind within a few hours of getting in touch! I’m a key worker so I need my car and they made my life easier! Professional, great customer service and just a really reliable and prompt service. Would definitely use these guys again and 100% recommend.

Moved from London last year and needed to find a reputable garage. Didn’t have to look far. These guys are amazing!! No hidden costs, honest, reliable and affordable. Such a friendly workplace, feel like we’ve know them for ages. My partner has a good knowledge of motor vehicles and always feels that any issues found with the car are accrete and never overstated!! They do exactly what you ask and always check first. So glad we found them, Would highly recommend and will definitely continue to use them.

Having used Wessex Motors previously for an engine management issue on my van which they successfully diagnosed and repaired, l decided to take my car to them for a full service and MOT.This turned out to be a completely different experience and I had to return the vehicle for rectification of shoddy workmanship.After this inconvenience I was still not satisfied as they still failed to complete work that I had been invoiced for. I received full admission and an apology along with an offer to refund the parts that had not been fitted. The refund has never come to fruition and I would rather take the opportunity to warn other hard working people to be cautious if considering using these guys.

Honestly cannot fault this place!! We are down for the weekend and had a car emergency, called him up and we went straight there and he fixed it all for us!!! Lovely guy too! If we were local he would 100% be our go to guy!

The only place I use for MOT's! Chris and his team are always super friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this garage enough!!
