It is great that they teach the kids important techniques with real life scenarios. They teach them to act fast, and how to always be alert. Very practical lessons that could save their lives.

My daughter has been going to this class for a few years now and loves it.The teachers are skilled, helpful and knowledgeable and make self-defence, what can be a daunting subject for children, a fun and fantastic learning experience.
