A typical club, good size and well appointed. Good pint of Guinness. Two snooker tables, though they weren’t in use when we visited as it was Paddy’s Day with the usual festivities taking place. At present a difficult venue to get to due to road works and building going close by with road closures.

Popped in to watch the Scottish cup tie v Hearts . Very welcoming place , great atmosphere.

Great venue to book for your special celebration.

Fantastic place staff very friendly and it's very cheap for drinks would highly recommend it

Really nice place normally very quiet only 2 pound an hr to play on excellent snooker tables and everybody's welcome you don't have to be a member

Please take care when thinking of hiring this room. I hired the function room off Ian Murphy for my 24th birthday. The wording on the contract is not clear with regards the deposit required. We asked Ian outright and he confirmed the deposit would be refunded in from of three witnesses.The party was fine and we returned to clear the room the next day. We found that Ian had binned our decorations which we specifically asked to be kept and told us our deposit was not refundable. When we questioned this he said it would have to fo to the committee.When we contacted him the next day he was then very aggressive telling us not to contact them again and he also invented some damage which h was not there.Average venue and be careful when dealing with Ian Murphy
