Royal Mail Delivery Office

I visited there twice to receive a redirected parcel. First time, it was closed due to strike, although, there was no sign to show this. It took me a phone call with a long waiting to find it out. I saw a lady and a baby stranded around the building too. The second time I received the parcel after a short wait. Reaching there was 30 minutes return drive for me. I would suggest that the role of Royal Mail in critical deliveries e.g. drivers lucense and ... is minimised or removed. It is very stressful when they are involved and a high risk that you never receive what you really need or receive it too late.

Overall great service here, staff are amazing.just wish opening hours were more realistic as early mornings only opening hours misses the whole point of collecting your items as if you were available at these times you would have been home when they tried to deliver items and not got a card asking you to collect it from here in person the next day at the same early times as you weren't available the day before.At least return to the old early til noon hours everyday if you wont do whole day opening like other royal mail collection offices.. 10am closing and closed on wednesdays is insane! I hope you fix this soon.

Wry poor service. The post man cannot read the delivery Postcode correctly. I have now have not had at least 5 parcels delivered to a wrong postcode

Odd opening hrs, make sure to double check - usually someone has posted the new hrs as a pic next to the Google maps entry. Bring ID. Staff are v friendly.

POOR!!!!Seriously ridiculous and frustrating part-time opening times!!!! 07:30 - 12:30 Monday - Friday and even lesser hours on Saturday morning!!??.... So if you work normal hours & have plans on a Saturday, how is anybody supposed to collect their parcels!!??I just don’t understand.I think maybe you should look at opening for a few hours in the evening for people that work office hours, then we might have an opportunity to actually get there while it’s open before you unfairly send the parcel back to the sender.

The guys who work here are amazing . So helpful always . Only downfall is the opening times need to be longer and are never consistentBut the lads are really helpful

Staff always friendly and can find your parcel quickly. Hours are limited but glad to see they are now reflected correctly on the google listing!

I've never had a problem getting my parcels from here, but the short opening hours and the fact you can't pick up a parcel without the physical card left by the postman makes for a very lacking experience.Compared to other businesses, Royal Mail is definitely behind in the delivery game with its old and archaic customer service experience.... Hopefully they improve soon.
