Good experience and coffee. Unfortunately, place seemed to be chronically understaffed.Shout out to the lady behind the counter(with butterfly tattoo at her throat),for dealing with customers,taking money and making drinks.

Extremely rude service by the cashier, she spoke to me like I was a idiot and didn’t listen to me when I told her what I wanted to order despite telling her twice, then when my order came it was wrong, please learn how to speak to your customers with some manners, I was being quite polite but I don’t appreciate being spoken to in a condescending way, I will not be returning to this Starbucks.

Upon ordering, we received the wrong drinks, with the mistake particularly evident in the case of the Iced White Chocolate Mocha, which was incorrectly prepared as a Hot White Chocolate Mocha. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with a dismissive attitude, adding to the frustration.Despite requesting a correction, my replacement drink was served in the wrong size, resulting in further dissatisfaction. At this point, I reluctantly accepted the inconvenience and moved on.To compound matters, the store had run out of napkins, leaving me unable to address a basic need of wiping my hands when they became wet from the melted ice in my drink. Very positive experience today!The staff on duty 12/July 12:33 were attentive and warm in their demeanour. There was a lady with a disability, they looked at ways to make her experience stress free and enjoyable by moving around some furniture to allow her to have her beverage at the table.
