In contrast to the previous reviewer, my experience was not as successful as his in my quest for new tilt mechanism's for our blinds.We have 10 of these blinds around our house and a number of them are exhibiting problems with the tilt mechanism's.Styleline have refused to supply me with spares, referring me back to my original supplier. (I sourced them from a couple of suppliers on the internet and I can't remember properly where)I was informed that there was only a 2 year guarantee on this product,even though I was not expecting the spares free of charge.It now seems that we will have to invest in new blinds at great expense for the sake of a minor spare part.
