Auto Vision

I have used auto vision before for a window tint on my jaguar xj and found them very welcoming and good and a excellent job they done very happy.I used them again nov 23 for my parking sensors on my jaguar i beleave the fitters name was mark.he went above and beyond to get the issue fixed kept me up to date with the work he had to do and the cost. These boys are honest know what they are doing and very welcoming would definitely use again and again. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AUTO VISION IL BE BACK!.

I have just had a tow bar fitted to my Mazda 2 by Auto Vision, Lowestoft. This being the third one fitted by them to my various cars. The service was exemplary. I was also extremely impressed with their honesty. In carrying out the job a piece of plastic trim cracked, probably do to old age. This was replaced with a new piece ordered from a Mazda dealer and fitted free of charge. My thanks to Danny and the staff for an excellent experience. Mike

Poor after salesEDITSo leaving a edit for my previous review as the after sales didn’t live up to the sales, bearing in mind in our original conversations they claim “to do things properly”Upon picking the car up on agreed date as I had bought the vehicle without inspection due to being out of the country the splitter was missing as was told it’s in the boot and would have to book it in for fitting, slightly annoyed agreed to do so as needed a car2 days after owning the car the back box fell of luckily I was only about 30 mins so struggled back to the garage,they did sort it and I asked them to replace the splitter at the same time which was still in the boot. but this was obviously missed on the inspection as was very corroded.After driving the car I found the handling was pretty bad at higher speeds and braking was squirming all over the place, Autovision advised me this was “due to the electric steering” I had the car booked in at a independent garage for them to inform me the shocks needed replacing and advised to have the springs changed too, this was at high cost however since done the car handles amazingSo as I bought the car while out the country I didn’t look over it properly my fault however after giving it a good clean I noticed the plastic engine cover was split/broken they advised me that if that had been picked up on the vehicle check it would have been removed, so that was missed toono offer of replacing the broken part which is annoying as the car was almost £17k and even had the cheek to say we sorted this other bits out for you so can you buy one yourself (exhaust bracket and splitter)Would I buy another car from them or recommended? Probably not as the aftersales dosnt live up to there sales

Just wanted to thank Dane and the team for the amazing customer service regarding our new car. From the initial phone call on Thursday evening 21.30 to the agreement being signed and completed by 11am on Friday morning we could not have better looked after more professional . We collected the car on Monday morning having travelled up from Exeter and it was beautifully valeted, looked exactly like the video walk around sent to me at 08.30 on Friday morning and the paper work was all completed with the 12 month warranty and full 12 month MOT.

Great reassuring and helpful staff. I was in a car accident and needed to get a car quickly to get too and from work. They helped find me an affordable vehicle that I could get on finance so I had a down time of no car for just 1 day while the finance was all getting sorted.They then went out of their way to allow me to have the car early so I could get to work even though it had one other minor fix they wanted to get looked at so the car was 100% set. They reassured me it was still safe to drive with me taking it early and I found no problems at all with the car while driving it.All I had to do was book in with them at a time suitable to me so they could do that extra check.Really good job all around, definitely go out their way to give you the best customer experience and help.

So I bought a BMW M135i from these guys. The car is amazing however some minor faults which have been put right by them. Although I didn't make it easy for them by almost changing my mind. They maintained professionalism throughout and I would 100% use their services again.

Phoned Danny for replacement headlight bulbs, offered great deal for replacing. Fitted me in short notice yet again. You will find it hard to beat their customer service and professional work. Thanks Danny and lads 5 stars again. Highly recommended for anyone to give them a look as they do so much you will NOT be disappointed.

Didn't end up buying a car with them as we changed our mind to a 7 seater insteadBut these guys went above and beyond to help I was sent a full walk around video showing all the good and the bad very honest and upfront
