Turned up late, smashed the gutter when he threw the ladder against the house that hard even my neighbour heard it & tried to bodge it with some silicone! did some pointing on the Ridge tiles which looks like it was done from the floor with a catapult, 2 years on we have had to get it done again as lots of it had fallen out.
