A lovely lady called Libby booked my holiday for me she was very efficient , courteous and friendly and thorough. She was very professional and she talked me through my booking and helped me with my email address as there were issues with it Sharon Dunlop assistant manager also assisted to help Libby as she is training! They were both amazing. Will definitely book with Libby again next time!!

I got through on the phone to Libby Morris at the Kidderminster store today to help me with some issues I was experiencing on the website. I got through right away (I was expecting a call centre!) and Libby was so warm friendly and helpful. She booked my holiday for me and nothing I asked for was too much trouble. I really got the feeling she was as buzzed as I was to book a holiday! Thanks so much Libby your a star ⭐️

Went in today with the wife looking for brochures for a family holiday for 2024 and we were really impressed with how the staff welcomed us being the first time going in. Went in to look for a family holiday and come out with loads of other ideas. They spoke to us about launch which we didn't no about so we're really excited now for July! Kelli is brilliant so happy and cheerful she really sets the tone in the shop

Appalling service.Have a holiday booked with Tui, have a query and was told by the telephone customer service rep the nature of the query would be best addressed in-store.Journeyed into the Kidderminster branch today and sat and waited as the salespeople were occupied. And waited. And waited.It's nobodies fault that the people they are with are taking their time, or if these things take a while because that's just the way it is. But after 35 minutes and without so much as a courteous glance, we walked out.It's was hot day, had to extend the payment on the parking and with no communication from any staff member - even a guys were going to be another 20-30 minutes if you wish to come back" - they just literally ignored us like we didn't exist. When I heard the one say to her customers 'I hope you guys are okay for time' after we waited nearly half hour
