Excellent service warned there would be a wait but they were very apologetic about this and stated would ring when ready, I wandered back down after about an hour expecting to wait another 30 minutes to an hour but saw my car was just coming off the ramp, awesome service and looks great, will be getting the wife’s done in next couple of months, so see you soon

Excellent service. Needed to check out unusual noise coming from front wheel. Called to book in at millers road Byker. Craig could not have been more helpful and all sorted within 2 hours. Will definitely use them again.

Amazing service thank you. Managed to get booked in really quickly, they explained the issue and fixed it within a couple of hours. Even topped up my coolant for me. Will definitely go back if my car needs anymore work.

I called in as I had a puncture and didn’t want to drive too far, was quoted £130/£160 - cheapest to mid price! Was told they are an unusual size, having previously had two front tyres fitted at Tyre Spot (Rothbury Terrace £150) I knew this was total rubbish. They obviously thought I was desperate and wouldn’t question the price.I had just enough air in the tyre to get to Tyre Spot, where I had tyre fitted for total cost of £72.00.Absolute robbers!!!!

Needed a new tyre due to a screw being in one on car. Appointment booked and on arrival was told it would take about 90 minutes as there were a few cars already in the garage. No bother nipped across for some shopping when the lads rang back to say work was done. 35 minutes in total. Absolutely spot on.
