He was friendly yet professional and not pushy.He offered up all the information and answered all my questions about the vehicle. Bought a fantastic used car, the salesman Wade could not have been more helpful. I’m quite trying and ‘picky’ when it comes to my car and we test-drove 6 in total over two weeks. Not once did he complain and had a lovely smile to greet me every time I went back! I LOVE my new car - couldn’t recommend the service enough :)

Superbad experience. Dont go here with your emergency problems when you are on holiday with a motorhome from Sweden and really need help. Inhumane and difficult.We went to another firm and they fixed the problem in 15 minutes. They didnt even want to charge us. The firm is called Brown Auto Electrical. Read full review there.

We were looked after by Jon who was first class. We already knew which car we wanted and Jon was able to give us the confidence to buy it. We didn’t feel pressurised to make the final decision, he was very supportive and attentive. When we made the decision he worked very efficiently to get all the paperwork completed so we could take the car the same day. The staff were all very courteous and made a difficult decision as easy as possible. Thank you Jon and the whole team.

Dealt with Jon Phillips when buying my dad a car he was really helpful and gave good advice in terms of what would be most suitable for him.
