Today I had to do a MOT but the next day available it was after 4 days. I call them and asked if it’s possible to have it done earlier, they toll me to come to the garage and when I arrive they made space to see me, I was done after 40mins. Thank you for today. I rally appreciate

Service carried out on 03 March 2023.Along with my B Major service I mentioned about a belt sound coming from my car. The company stated everything was fine. However, having been to 3 other garages recently, they all confirmed my Fan belt needed replacing along with exhaust brackets fixed. Therefore, I believe they didn’t even bother to check the issue and just stated it was all fine.I am skeptical now if my Service has even been carried sincerely and in the correct way.Also, I emailed Auto serve through their website on 25/04/23 - However, no one has even bothered to get back to me.I travelled two hours due to this company’s good reviews. However, my expectations were not met.Gurj

Extremely good customer service. They quoted me an estimated labour price for a replacement job in my cars wheel/brake system. The price in the end was exactly the same, like the estimation. They also washed my car, before I arrived to the garage to pick it up. Very affordable price, and quality job. I can recommend these guys anytime. They also quoted and made a complete diagnostic in the end for my car, with proper documentation. Card payment, proper VAT receipt, all included. The garage is clean, and the reception is perfect, if you need to wait a little to pick up your car. Tube station Alperton is literally 5 minute walk, so easy to commute after you left your car there.
