Prior to the service day I was emailed with a questionnaire, which I completed easily. On arrival I was greeted by Jules at service reception. The process of check-in was very efficient. The service itself was extremely quick (only ninety minutes). I was then taken to my car and given my keys. The car had been cleaned and vacuumed. Altogether a very easy experience. Very much recommended.

Really helpful. Called the service department just on the off chance, they got me straight in and checked my oil. They even washed it for me - saving me a job! Highly recommend.

Had my van dropped off here by the AA and Nathan took care of everything from start to finish. I broke drown a few days before I was going on holiday and knowing Nathan was sorting it whilst I was away it allowed me to relax and enjoy my trip without the worry of what was happening with my van. He was efficient and professional, I couldn’t have hoped for better service.

Despite being a customer with a lot of questions, Vanessa managed to address and answer all of them in a swift manner. She supported my routine car service and produced a new service plan. I highly recommend Vannessa for her positive attitude, which makes the process more enjoyable.
