What a pleasure it was dealing with Harvey today. After calling around many recovery services hearing the excuse, oh its a automatic & very difficult to tow! A friend recommended HB recovery. I explained my car had died on my drive & needs towing to a garage, his response was music to my ears, Yes no problem! Can not fault him in anyway, very professional, efficient & no hidden extras. I will definitely use HB again & would recommend to others.10/10 Excellent service!!

I was panicking when I was left stranded on the side of a smart motorway with my 7 month old son, I called the AA who told me i would be waiting at least 3 hours! Thankfully I then called HB Recovery who had an operative with me within 20 minutes. The operative Harvey was so calm and reassuring he loaded the car up and dropped me and my son home and then dropped my car to my local garage to be repaired. Thank you so much for the help and taking the stress out of the situation I really appreciate it.

Harvey is excellent!!! I would thoroughly recommend him. He went above and beyond to help me when towing mw car as I was in a spot of bother! He was kind and is a genuine soul!

Needed our removals van (3.5 tonne luton) towed to a local garage which they recommended and put us in contact with, very easy and good communication with HB recovery, went and picked it up for us no problem and called us when it was dropped to the garage. Would recommend this company and use again!

Look, having your car break down is no fun. But having a good reliable recovery service to call on helps. This guy answered the phone promptly, we agreed a price, which was fair, and he gave me an ETA, which he matched 100%. Very competent and professional. Will use him again, although obviously I really hope that I never will need him again!
