We recently viewed a property with Ocean and the service has been fantastic. The process between finding the property online, having a viewing and paying the holding deposit only took 2 working days! Really impressed with the teams responsiveness, especially during the stressful time of moving house, would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience finding our rental property with Ocean lettings. They were very accommodating to us when booking a viewing, and processed our application quickly making sure we had all the necessary information. Will has been great at keeping us in the loop throughout, and we would really recommend this estate agent.

Had lots of dealings with many different estate agents trying to find a house but none of them come close to Ocean! Our point of contact Tommy Day has been truly sensational. He kept us in the loop with the house we wanted to rent and then gave us our viewing around which was great, truly a down to earth and honest guy who made the whole process as stress free as possible, answering all our questions etc. Couldn’t recommend Ocean and Tommy enough if trying to find house in Bristol!

The staff we spoke to at the store were lovely and we had been offered a house within a few days, we went on to apply and send a deposit of over £300. However 13 days before our move into the property I was told that the landlord had changed his mind, and I would be sent the deposit within 48 hours. No explanation given and this has left us completely homeless as we were assured that this move would go ahead, even as far as being told to book WiFi fitting, which is non refundable. I eventually received my deposit 4 days later, after coming in person twice.This has costed us nearly a month of effort, around £200 in moving costs and left us short of £350 for over 2 weeks. We now have less than 2 weeks to find somewhere to live, and right before Christmas too. Leaving us to tell our 17 year old that he may not have a home for Christmas.Shame on them for leaving a family in this situation.
