Girl with long curly hair downstairs bar tonight totally blanked me and served everyone else, very rude. So, went upstairs and was served by a lovely young lady.

Full of loud chav scum on a stag do pretending to fight. Yelled at us sheep" for wearing a face mask on the way in and out. Ironic that they're the ones all not wearing masks

Great pub with very friendly staff. Very clean toilets. Saw Memphis Pete singing and what a fab show. Staff were attentive and regularly came to check if we needed anything. Thanks for a great night.

Door staff friendly.Bar staff friendly.Management very very poor. Kept signalling to the door staff to tell some of our table to sit down even if we were just standing up to get something out of our pockets. Didn't allow anyone in the bar to say hi to people they recognised from other tables even at a distance, but was fine with his own table of 6 people to have random visiters come over and stand by his table where there were even 8 of them at one point. Double standards and very uninviting. Places like this give Wakefield a bad name. Don't mind pubs like this going under

Liv is a fantastic bartender. Friendly, welcoming, chatty, knowledgeable, creative. Really made our short visit enjoyable. 10/10

Rude staff with very bad attitude and customer service, over priced drinksOnly good thing was the singer and bouncer.
