Lewis is a fun and informative broker who breaks down every step of the home buying process into as much detail as possible giving you total transparency the whole way through.Not only this but by using the smart mortgage company we found out that we could actually borrow substantially more than we thought we could meaning we didn’t have to settle for the “starter home” and instead skipped straight to a home that even now I really can’t believe we were able to buy which for an area with house prices like Exeter, or anywhere is the south west these days is extremely impressive work. On top of this Lewis found us an extremely competitive mortgage rate and explained all of our options going forward to efficiently reduce our repayments when we come to remortgage meaning we’ll be saving thousands in the long run. Extremely happy with their service.
