Lincolnshire Lime

Having spoken to Dot I felt compelled to comment about this company. I was looking for advice and a couple of recommendations for people who could help with some work we need with lime re-pointingas we have been struggling finding someone. Despite knowing I wasn’t going to be buying anything Dot still spent time talking through the issues we had and pointing me in the right direction. Top notch service - I can see why the company attracts the excellent reviews. Here’s another one. Thank you Dot!!

This was my first time using Lincolnshire Lime.I was given there phone number because the company that recommended me, said they normally have NHL3.5 Bracken in stock!When I rang up and spoke to a member of there sales team, to ask if they had a pallet of NHL 3.5 Bracken in stock, they said yes, and could deliver it out to my site for next day by Pallet line.I had some questions that I needed answers too, they spoke to their technical support team, who managed to give me a answer straight away!So I placed my order over the phone for 40 bags of Bracken NHL 3.5 Lime to be delivered to site next day!Pallet Line arrived on site next day as promised at 9am with my pallet of NHL 3.5 Lime, they managed to off load on site for me as well!It arrive wrapped in protective plastic sheeting on the pallet.So from placing my order at 12.30am the previous day, to arriving on site at 9am the following day, this was a fantastic service all round by Lincolnshire Lime!I could not fault the service I received from Lincolnshire Lime, and be using them again on future projects! 10/10

Not happy ordered a few items, one item in a 25kg size came in an unmarked black bag, no way of telling what it is, bag nearly spit when unloading from pallet.

As a builder I worked with them over the last 4 years. I worked with different types of lime. Best quality for a natural feature added to any home. Any plastering, render, and screeding with lime help the house breath and is much healthier. Lime is a much better investment than cementThe personal is lovely! They help anytime, they are knowledgeable and always ready to serve you! Thank you!

Interesting business to visit - note that orders must be made in advance. Turn into a small yard and a large container opens remotely, revealing the stock. The pick up was managed via two way speaker phone and cameras and was quite efficient. Some may find it impersonal but I enjoyed the novelty! Would be pleased to visit again. Products all fine and as expected.
