The Royal Pavilion

Coffee is poor and the windows and the floor near the windows need cleaning more often. If I'm at the seaside I want real chips and not oven chips. Carvery did look good though.

The restaurant is open again! Bar from 12:30. Kind staff. Gorgeous view. Tasty fish and chips.

Pleasant walk along the pier. Friendly staff at salt cafe. Very helpful and polite. Although poor lad running around all on his own. Also get a quicker coffee machine, staff can only go as fast as the machine. But lovely cake and coffee.

Unfortunately in reconstruction at the moment. Hopefully something cool is coming up.

Really nice place to stop and eat. Visited saturday lunchtime and was plenty of seating and tables as very large area to eat and can also eat outside. Great service and staff and food was so tasty and well priced. Definitely recommend.

Didnt think much of the food at all very disappointed! Think they could make this so much better.The staff were pleasant but won't be eating there again on further visits

Ordered two hot paninis, two cups of tea and a portion of chips, which came to just over £23. Friendly waitress brought the tea over, but tea was barely warm and cups were only half full. We mentioned this to the waitress who was apologetic and friendly and brought us another cup of tea each. After fifteen minutes of waiting for food, we were told there no ham or cheese left and only one panini left. Waitress didn't seem to know what the other options were, but after five minutes of her going between us and the kitchen, we were able to order two paninis. One panini was our original order and we ordered another of the same - even though cheese was one of the ingredients. Food arrived and chips were delicious and hot. Paninis were barely warm and only one half of them had cheese in. I then went to use the toilet and had to go into three cubicles (out of a possible four) to find one with toilet roll! The waitresses were friendly and polite, so clearly this is a management problem. Shockingly bad management, so I will definitely not be returning.

Nicely refurbished and with good views from either side of the bar area. Good selection of hot, cold drinks, and bar area for alcholic drinks. Service was quick and friendly. Nice to take a break and warm up before walking back along the pier on a cold day like today. Would be nice to sit outside in the summer.
