AWFULTurned up and had to wait over 3 hrs for a key.After waiting and being socked in the rain, I was allowed in by a cleaner to sit down and the chair was broken, and I hurt myself rather badly.Then i was called at 2am by staff to say a deposit wasn't paid when it was! 2AM!!
