Visited tonight for a birthday meal. Handed our server a cake and asked for it to be brought out after our meal.The food was faultless, very nice.Service was also good. However, we did state it was freezing. I was sat with my coat over my legs, I have to put a second pair of leggings on my toddler as she was freezing.The servers response to us was ‘the heating was on earlier, he had just gotten used to the cold’I don’t think anybody should pay to sit in a freezing restaurant. It is -3 degrees outside and covered in snow. Surely the place should be heated. £200 bill to be sat in an ice box.We ordered dessert and there was no sign of our cake.As we were leaving, the server said he would do it then. By which point the party was fed up and cold.It couldn't even be justified by it being busy, we were the only people in the restaurant.Such a shame because the food was lovely, just couldn’t enjoy it due to freezing.

Great food, and when I say great, I am saying probably one of the best.The owner is a lovely Romanian guy, who doesn't stay a second, he made our evening better,Order some startersAnd he brought us so much food fast and tasty .The main ose way too much, struggling to finished because it was so gooddI do recommend it with all my heart.

We went as a large family group, which included two toddlers who were being fussy and tired (they had travelled from down south). Food was excellent, as well as lovely attentive staff after we spent ages deciding who could sit where to best look after the lads. Very reasonable price for 8 as a walk in. Only criticism was it was particularly dark in the area we were seated but was soon rectified by the lovely staff. Would highly recommend as one of the nicest and most accomdating Italians on Ocean Road. Wish I knew the name of the chef and servers to thank them directly;

Beautiful food , great service , lovely atmospheric Italian restaurant. Staff were attentive. Prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommended .

On Halloween we attended Pacino's, food was great! Staff were attentive especially Jim. A great location to hide from trick or treaters. Give it a try, food is really tasty.

Visited at 9pm on Thursday just gone. We LOUDLY overheard the waitress complaining we were only spending £34 after we had ordered our main courses.Joke is we ordered plenty more drinks and dessert in the end because we hadn't ate too much for the main course and spent £66 in total. It's a shame when the food is delicious however the service level is appalling. Shouldn't matter how much we spend, and it certainly didn't make us feel welcome or happy with the experience. Very hostile environment from that one waitress.We used to visit here regularly and in total have spent hundreds. We will definitely reconsider which Italian we go to next time given this ungrateful individual.

We were greeted at the door with a friendly smile. Very polite. I have been going since I was only little and out of all the restaurants this is by far my favourite. I will continue going here and there is a lovely atmosphere and service. Don't even get me started on the incredible food they have. There is a wide range of options and every dish is breathtaking and full of flavour.

Lovely place to eat, service was ok although the young man collecting dishes etc could've been a bit more aware of space, we were a table of seven and a little cramped. Atmosphere was nice although it's very dark our table was booked for 18.00 and we couldn't read the menu properly due to lack of light in the place. Menu's and wine list were sticky and the back of the bench also, could do with a deep clean. Maybe that's why the lighting is dim so you don't see this?Food was lovely but could do with a bit more seasoning.Overall a nice place and good food.
