Very good service. The young lady who served us was extremely sensitive and patient with an Autistic boy I took with me who finds making up his mind hard, and just repeated the options about 20 times. She did not become agitated or belittle him, but was extremely good. For that reason alone I will go there again, although by all accounts the party I was with enjoyed the food too. It is clean and has a nice feel about the place.

Chicken tenders were really tasty and not dry at all, ranch was great. One of the only places I’ve been to outside of Canada that actually has good ranch.Fries were well seasoned, a little cold but it was a Friday. If they were fresh they would be amazing. Texas toast was delicious. Refillable soft drinks great but they’re all diet / zero sugar. They got the good ice machine.Mac and cheese was awful, no seasoning whatsoever and I honestly couldn’t finish it. Avoid.

This is the third time in a row I’ve come in at 10pm - it’s not busy but the service time is incredibly painfully slow!! I saw around 5 staff, so didn’t seem to be an issue that they didn’t have enough, but they were prioritising cleaning and breaking down cardboard over their customer service. Lots of customers waiting for orders and clearly more on the screen to be processed for Deliveroo etc…If you want quick service I would advise avoiding as this seems to be a continuous issue here. Disappointing as the food is good.Prioritise your in store customers and service please Slim Chickens…. It’s really not hard….

I enjoyed the atmosphere, service etc but the food was really salty for my taste. Also the receipts from the self service machines weren't printing and so I had to take a photo of the screen just in case. Bought a standard meal inc drinks for 2 people with one side and this came to £24

First time visiting here, and will definitely be returning.Staff went above and beyond, food was piping hot, and was served in a matter of minutes.Staff came over to check everything was okay and offered us baby changing facilities as we had newborn with us.Quality of food and portion sizes matched pricing well.Great job to the whole team.

Disappointing! Had chicken tenders not much flavour, I assume that's why there's 14 sauces to choose from. Fries good, sauces Korean BBQ and honey BBQ just okay. Chicken cheap quality.Value for money absolutely not! Wouldn't waste money on these again.

This is the second Slum Chicken's I've visited. I love the food. Chicken tenders are delicious. (Very similar to another friend chicken provider's chicken strips, but I'd say nicer) Burgers are tasty & very good wings. Some delicious sauces to choose from. Haven't tried the milkshakes, so I can't comment, but everything I have had has been good.

This is the first time I ordered a delivery from Slim chickens. And now it will be the last time. If the chicken wings are burnt throw them away, do not send them to the customer. Looks like No quality control.

First time we visited this place and absolutely loved it.If you think this place is anything like KFC, then you're WRONG!Unlike KFC, they actually cook your food fresh to order, the chicken isn't just piled up in the heated rack waiting to he served.Plenty to choose from, including a delish salad which looks miles better than KFCs offering.The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, not one part of the chicken was dried out (3 separate meals).The sauces on offer are incredibly creative and give you the choice of literally everything you could want and more.The only let down is that Coke isn't served on taps, it's only Coke Zero, Fanta Zero, etc. which in a separate note tastes disgusting no matter how much money you put into branding! But I believe you can get it in a can over the counter.Simple yet lovely interior, clean and comfortable.You also get table service, much like Nando's.The staff are friendly and make every effort to help.Overall, highly recommended, I genuinely hope that you guys keep and maintain these standards.
