Hawleys Mobile Tyres are providing a very good service. While changing my tyre, the engineer Sam checked the depth of all the other tyres tread and how much life is left on my brake pads.Sam phoned me before calling round to make sure the appointment was still convenient. Sam is a great ambasador for the company and he enjoys his job, very polite and professional in every way. My only negative is that to pay by card, my bank details had to be rung into the office. I trust all is well but I should not need to trust anyone. This method is not secure. GET A CARD READER. Even our window cleaner has one.I will use this service again. Apart from the payment method, everything was perfect.

I am a returning customer to Protyre for many years now.Easy booking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, short waiting list. Good communication during the work and great customer service. Most importantly the ability to make things right. In my case there was a small mistake made (we all make mistakes and it was a multiple tyre swapping to different alloys scenario) which only had a small (time) impact on my visit , which we discussed after payment in a completely normal tone and manner. The team then corrected the issue, and I was back on the road.To me this is the most important thing in a business in times like these (staff shortage...etc) to be able to provide excellent customer experience and make this right in case there are any issues.I can only recommend this place.

Went to these guys after noticing a slow puncture. Ordered my chosen tyre and booked a fitting slot for the next day. Upon arrival, my car was immediately taken in to be worked on, they double checked my tyre choice was correct and then got on with the work while I waited. Approximately 15 mins later my car was ready, along with a report on remaining tyre tread depth, brake disc and pad wear which I wasn't expecting but is a welcome service offered. Brilliant all round. Now my go-to choice for tyres in Sheff!

Second time at using the Petre Street branch in Sheffield (have used the one in Hillsborough a few times too) and as usual absolutely top notch service.Went in with a flat and no appointment. They checked it, and alm the other wheels and found a second wheel with a nail in the tyre.Both repairs for just £40. Just looked at the paperwork and they have even done a brake inspection whilst there!Brilliant place, head and shoulders above anywhere else I've used in the past.

Quick, transparent service. Had some shocking experiences at tyre places locally, and have came to expect poor service and last minute cancellations. No issues today trying Hawleys near the arena. Quick service, courteous at all times. Lad behind reception was great. Nice to be able to wait for your tyres to get fitted as recently I’ve had to leave the car for most of the day when taking it in. Free coffee spot on too.
