Hypnotherapy and Sports Hypnosis at the Inverness Therapy Clinic

I saw one of Scott's leaflets at the Inverness Therapy Clinic and the receptionist certainly could not recommend him enough, though no idea if she had been to see him herself :)I did recognise his name as had seen his sign on Gordon Terrace so when I went to see him he did say he was the same guy and the clinic were keen to have him available and he loves it.So my issue was social anxiety. Notice how I said WAS. I was not too bad if talking to one or two people I knew, but any social gathering, even the thought, I would feel physically sick and panic stricken.I really wanted to conquer this as I was missing out on so much, and it was becoming a real issue. Even things like going on a plane made me anxious so I could not go anywhere. I was OK with flying, it was more the thought of being in a crowded capsule as I saw it.Scott was amazing. He puts you at ease, he is comfortable to be with, he has a warm and friendly personality and not pretentious.You can tell he cares tremendously and I do think that also played a big part in helping me get to where I am today. For the first time in years I went to see Ross County, and I loved it! Match ended in a draw, not that it matters, but I felt proud. I went with my long time friend Peter, he was delighted and I can now look forward to a life where I am now free of anxiety.Scott, you are a gentleman and I cannot praise you enough.
