Dont bother, offered holiday nextyear for my wedding anniversary. 14 days £3300.00. Found exact same holiday and flights from cardiff for £2100.00. Come on i know you have tp make money but thats just ripping ppl of.My friend went with his girlfriend only wanted a short break. My friend Dianne is African so they wanted to know about her travel documents. They didnt have a clue and it ended up wirh my friends loseing about £800. She knew what she was doing because she made her commission. Bragging about it in the pub. Racial undertones also made my friends feel really bad .

I would never ever book with your agency in my life again book march 2020 flight cancelled because of lock down that's OK but the fare went up from one thousand add for 2 of us to two thousand add, we went on holiday in December flight cancelled on the day we were meant to travel, email the person I booked with he didn't not reply, I call he and person I booked with said you think email is easy to send you are on holiday so I was on holiday too, he said there is a flight for the 8 of January 2021 ask if there is a earlier one he said mom we are the agency so you do what the agency said, I took the flight for the 8 of January,I emailed the Same person again asking if the flight is still going on, he didn't reply I call and ask him to send me a email to show my manager at work to prove my flight cancelled he send me a email calling me your highness, I could go on and on my experience this time is very very poor. He never email me once to say our flight cancelled I'm the one keep checking and calling this person to find out
