White Tips Professional Nails

I went in yesterday to get acrylics done for the first time in my life. I’ve has gels done before at a different salon and was talked through the process. But at white tips, I felt ignored. The process was fascinating to watch, although the tools used did not appear to have been sanitised and the hygiene was quite bad. The lady who did my nails was also really rough with my hands and her own nails dug into my skin quite painfully. The experience itself was also quite painful and felt rushed. My nails are still in pain today. However, the lady has done a beautiful job and my nails look gorgeous. I can’t fault the talent and especially for the price I paid. If you’re after acrylics I’d recommend it but do be prepared for an unpleasant experience to getting them!

Dirty salon, not 1 single piece of equipment sterilized... poor hygiene.The guy doing my nails used the nail clipper on his own nail after using it on mine!!Completely ignored from start to finish, and to top it off the shellac on my nails lasted 4 days before it started chipping, 7 days on theres no shellac left on 4 nails..

Always amazing I love getting my nails done and finally found a nail bar that actually listerns to their customers. There are 3 men in total I've seen so far. Staff are friendly and helpful deffo recommend going to have ya nails done here u won't regret it.

The man who did my toes was very nice but he said he could get my ingrown toenails out and he did NOT. He cut my nails at an angle, which is the worst thing to do for ingrown toenails. I ended up with an infection in my toes. They also use the same nail filer on all customers which I wasn’t a fan of. I only had a pedicure but did not enjoy it at all. They don’t have an actual set up for a pedicure, they poured water into an at home foot bowl, it was odd.

I had a good experience at White Tips! The guys doing my manicure were really quick, skilled and the end result is super neat. The salon is a bit scruffy which is my only reason for giving it one less star. But I’d definitely return for skill and speed!

Really happy with my experience here today! Had my old acrylics taken off and fresh hel polish applied on my natural nails. The process was far more in depth than I've experienced before, I felt there was true artistry being out into it and I'm chuffed with the result, all for £25!! It's true that the salon is a little scruffy but I wouldn't say unhygienic. Also, I prefer not to make small talk so I didn't mind not having much conversation during my appointment. Personally I'd definitely visit again.

Rude at times. Especially the woman that works there. The two guys are ok, but it’s clear there’s some snide comments passing between them.Most importantly they don’t sterilise anything. The brushes they use to dust off your nails are also used to clean desks and the nail varnish display.Not sanitary.

Beautiful nails! The attention to detail was fantastic and it was very reasonably priced. I will be back :)

Popped in to get my nails done before heading away. Nice clean salon, friendly guy that did them and he paid alot of attention to detail. Only £27 for a full set. Will defo be going back

I regularly get pedicures here and they are always 10/10. The attention to detail is great and the massage chair and foot spa is also lovely. The gel polish is always spot on, I get French and I’m always very pleased with it. Very affordable and can always get an appointment.
