I decided to try them out and the experience was terrible. The girl who did my nails was lovely but she didn’t know what she was doing.First of all it took her over 2 hours, takes less than half that time usually. And they were really thick and uneven. She didn’t apply the acrylic smoothly so she had to do a tonne of buffing and even after that they still weren’t smooth.I went to a different salon to get them removed and redone and they commented on how bad they were. Even the other clients in the other salon were shocked at how bad they were.I’ll stick to nail bars in town from now on.

I showed up on the Friday for my 10am infill appointment but the nail technician wasn’t even there. I had to rearrange for the following day because she wasn’t aware she had an appointment that day. When I eventually had the appointment the nail technician blamed her poor work on the heat. The tips were applied wonky, the acrylic was applied unevenly & the “French manicure” was blotchy. As soon as I left the salon the acrylic started to chip off. I paid for this service so I requested them to be removed for free. I was given an appointment to remove the nails. The morning of the appointment the technician texted me asking when would be best despite me stating the salon told me I was to have them removed that morning. She stated it was a miscommunication between herself & the salon & she couldn’t do that date. I stated I was unavailable except for that date to which she ignored my text & never set up an alternative date. I paid for nails that were faulty & poor quality. Press ons would’ve been far better.

The place is fantastic and quite. The music is good and Latifah is really kind and gentle. It's a good place for some relax.
