Consummate professional and gentleman. Easy to get hold of and responsive when communicating by email or phone. Always punctual and works steadily and methodically throughout the day. We had Ian in for three consecutive days to replace light fixtures of a variety of types and remove old wires and other installations safely. He did an excellent job with all of the various tasks we asked of him and explained his work to us in a way we could understand. He also took the time to research carefully materials that best suited what we were looking for but were available at the best price. Moreover, he is kind and cheerful and was very respectful of our family as he carried out his work. Excellent value for money.
