Therapy-First Physiotherapy
I had an injury at work that lead to me being in pain for months afterwards. After failing to get an appointment through the NHS I decided I needed to go private. It has been worth every penny so far. Jaz has been amazing walking me through what was causing my pain and provided a plan of rehabilitation. After 3 sessions my ankle has healed remarkably and I'm able to continue day to day life without any pain at the end of the day. Friendly and professional staff and a simple booking system. Highly recommend visiting Therapy first if you have had any injuries.

I booked to see jaz at therapy-first physiotherapy, I was warmly welcomed and got a full insightful breakdown of my problem, followed by treatment and an aftercare to help prevent from happening again. Treatment worked wonders! Happy to book again.

Jaz is the best professional I have found so far. My problem is far from being resolved, but she is the only one that made a difference. She is professional, she is supportive, in all matters. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, experienced.She knows what she is doing and she has been my angel. I wish I could go more often.

I have been 3 times now, twice for an issue with my ankle, and once for an issue with my arm. Jaz has been brilliant, she has used a variety of techniques including ultra sound and acupuncture all of which have been successful in solving my problems. The service is brilliant, it easy to book an appointment and Jaz is always extremely friendly.

So far I have had 2 session with Anna, and both have been great.Anna is very friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and looked after in my appointments. She is also very knowledgeable and skilled at physiotherapy - I have both learnt about the body/treatment, as well as left the room feeling significantly better. The acupuncture, cupping and manual therapy have made a great difference for me.Highly recommend

I’ve had three sessions of shockwave therapy for tennis elbow with Jaz so far. Jaz is both knowledgable and friendly and the pain has lessened since attending sessions. Definitely recommend and I will be booking future appointments with her.
