Car Park Oxford Street (West)

I got a season ticket for 1 month during my stay in central London. The location is very good. You can always find a place to park easily.

I prebooked for two Nights and at the checkout the front desk manager couldn't find my booking reference in his email, so he made me pay at the machine, and now its been almost 10 with more than 6 email sent with no replie from them, i did chat with there chating service and they ask me to send email... Tryed to call there number,,, only recorded answering no one to talk to..... Not sure how to reach them. It was verey easy to pay.... Twice. :(

Good parking option for Oxford Street. Less expensive than the alternatives around. Lifts were not working

Good car park and attendant is nice and trying to help everyone park. It is choas due to winter wonderlandWould park again after Christmas but for now q park under John Lewis is less hassle

Considering its location its very reasonbley priced when pre booked, easy to then get about london

24hr attended parking, for visitors be aware this location is just within the congestion charging zone but is right next to marble arch/Hyde Park and within a short walk to the underground.I use a website like just park to get slightly cheaper rates.

absolute horrible place. didnt have cash or debit cards on us. only had a contactless added to our phones and we couldnt pay. spent 40 minutes getting an incompetent security guard to help us out and then when we finally got the website payment system to take the payment he didnt want to lift te barrier up as there was no referrence number. my gf didnt get no confirmation nothing. very dogdy place, noprocedures in place to help the customers, security incompetent dont speak english/ hard to understand. stay well clear. if u park over 2 hours its 40£. Really bad experience i felt like beating the guard up and just snapping the barrier off and leaving. stressing, annoying and costly. AVOID AVOID

Not a bad price for London. A little sketchy but my car ended up fine. So it worked out well. The gentlemen at the desk were nice and helpful.

Parking was ok. No issues.Had a question for one of the guys there and he didn't seem interested in helping me. After asking a few questions just to make sure that everything is ok, his colleague raised his voice at me and told me to go away.I'm sorry for asking for help.And sorry for not replying back, I was with 3 kids.Glad to know there are still trash people among us.
