Sunderland Complementary Therapy Centre
I am a hard training bodybuilder of over 20 years. In that time, I have learned regular sports massages make a massive difference to my muscle growth and to resolve injuries that occur. I have visited most of the regions sports masseurs and without any doubt, I believe Chris is easily the best. The effort he puts in and the results he produces, have ensured I have returned, for many years. I can not speak highly enough, of his skills.

I have had a pin in my shoulder for several weeks now, after visiting Chris he was very quick t diagnose that I have torn 3 muscles over my left shoulder blade, he give me a 30 minute treatment, granted the pain hasn’t gone but has took it from an 8/9 out of 10 down to I’d say a 4/5 over night, Chris never once tried to over sell his services and was very professional, will be visiting again this weekend for a follow up massage.Big thanks Chris

Without doubt the best massage I have ever had, the best results, very affordable and a professional, a wealth of knowledge and experience who treats the issue not the symptom. I have used the services of Chris for a while now when I require an appointment in the Sunderland area and always found Chris to be knowledgeable about his subject area. Chris takes time to listen to me and clearly explains what he is doing. He also takes his time at the end of a session to ensure that I understand what I need to do to help my recovery, and hopefully prevent further problems. I have no hesitation in recommend Chris.
