Willen On Ice

Our grand children had a great time skating for the first time. Staff were friendly and helpful ensuring the children were safe and enjoying the experience. The whole place had a really festive feel. I can highly recommend.

Lovely rink design and a good evening out. Only negative is the rink doesn’t get cut or edged making for some very rough ice.

I hope the staff member is OK. 3 gobby adults started having a go at her because she accidentally mixed up the shoes that were the EXACT same size and the exact same shoes. It's not her fault & I think that family needs to learn to have some respect. Other than that, the staff are nice and quick but the ice rink is very busy.

Whilst the staff were very friendly and helpful I would recommend planning your visit very carefully. We went Saturday afternoon and the rink was overcrowded and dangerous. At change over times you people come on. Their is no count or check for people on or off. You are wasting your money if you go during prime times. Staff told me week day mornings are the best time to visit. This is not a large rink situated by the fair.REPLY change over times was not monitored. The event is ticketed however you can get on early and stay late so you are not adhering to guideline. There should be a process to clear rink and get next people on.
