Literally the best hire company around. I was absolutely screwed for a car for work etc while mine was in the garage , I rang in the morning and within the hour I was picking the car up.. Absolutely lovely staff, so friendly and so helpful.. Car is lovely and clean, I happened to get a flat tyre while driving it and within 10 minutes of ringing up I had someone out to me fixing the tyre, I even got a phone call the next morning to make sure everything was OK and I happy. Amazing customer service Would use all the time.x

Extremely helpful and co.petitive in pricing. We hired a Luton to drive from sittingbourne to Rotherham (south Yorkshire). We were given full instructions on the tail lift, fuel and if anything went wrong. Paperwork checking the van was completed and full instructions if anything went wrong. Van drove like a dream but the wipers were rubbish. When taking van back I told them about wipers and they apologised. Easiest van hire I have ever done and customer service was great.

Easy fast van hire, friendly helpful service.Would of been 5 stars but fault with the brand new van ( not the hire company's fault ) constant warning that the back side door wasn't shut

From start to finish, the whole process was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements - I have to say, they are much better than the large car hire firms I have dealt with in the past! I have been hiring vans and cars form High 2 You for couple of years now they are so reliable, efficient and there staff gives excellent customer service. Their van's and car's are always in top form. Clean, drives well . They saved me several times when my van and car broke down and I need to get to work. They are wonderful. Ruined my weekend. Had car booked, they even called up to confirm. O had a written confirmation. Got there and they said we haven't had a car in weeks. Then looked up their competitors and offered me the chance to book a car at 3 times the price. Would not even soften the blow. Useless and really messed up my short stay.

Easy and cheap service. Nice new vans!!!I’ve use other affordable rentals and the vans have looked like they’re falling apart.Whereas with Hire2u, the van I had was only 3 months old and was clean and tidy.The process was easy...and you can’t go wrong with the price!
