Koray is a highly professional, reliable and honest locksmith. He investigates the problem thoroughly, explains what needs to be done and how much it will cost before starting any work. The French doors in my house were particularly problematic. Any other locksmith would have probably told me to replace the entire mechanism and locks immediately, but Koray persisted and fixed the mechanism. He only had to change the locks which meant that I saved hundreds of pounds! Koray also provides a 12-month guarantee for all the work he completes. If I have any problems with locks in the future, I shall definitely be calling 24 Lock & Key again!
