Super service. iPhone XS screen & battery fitted in the last hour before closing. Owners look after customers really well & clearly take pride in doing a great job. Huge selection of phone cases. Highly recommend.

Broke my phone screen so went to get it replaced. Screen fixed fine and quickly but my phone now won't charge properly using any of my chargers that were fine before, and when it vibrates it makes a weird noise now. Took it back the next day and the guy just tried to gaslight me and say it's always been like that I just probably didn't notice, and that there's no possible way it could've been anything to do with him, even though it was fine 24 hours earlier. He has about six phones open on the counter at any one time so is totally possible something could go awry in the process. Probably fine for most repairs but my phone definitely doesn't work as well anymore.

The service was very quick. They fixed my Samsung A52 fast. Great service overall

Worst experience with a phone repair. Should have been a straightforward screen repair on a Pixel 6 pro. 1 week after getting screen fixed, black circle appeared on screen. 2 weeks later realised front facing camera didn't work (on removing the screen it turns out they hadn't removed the dust cover from the inside of the screen before installing it, therefore blocking the front facing camera). At the same time they installed a screen protector for an extra £10 - it fell off the next day. My screen no longer works at all and will have to pay for another (again). Unfortunately moving house at the same time and receipt lost in transit so no hope of recovering my £300. Would not recommend.

Had a glass screen protector fitted and the service was excellent. I made an error with the money I paid and the owner was very honest and kept my money for me until I realised my mistake and came back! Very reliable phone shop.

Exceptional prices and the staff are lovely and very pleasant. Bought a new tablet and was looking for a case the lovely staff were brilliant at helping me with recommendations for cases
