I got a letter today from them and I have never had PPI and never had a reason to. It even has a form to send back to them with a birth year starting with 19 and I was born after 2000. I have no idea how they got my name and address.

They are now mass marketing people circumventing the Mailing Preference Service by addressing their snail mail spam to The Occupier" MPS advise you ring them to ask to be removed from their mailing list

Spammers. If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted these and asked them to remove my details. They said they did, but now they think they are circumnavigating data protection laws by addressing to The Occupier". Dreadful

Be careful of this company they will rip you off they will charge you a lot for the service then if you don’t pay they put a CCJ in your name a company helping consumers to get back PPI and in return they charge a lot plus put a CCJ in your name if payment made late need to complain to higher authority to get this company closed down!

I am currently using this company regarding a number of credit cards I had, I have found the process very easy as they do everything for you, I have just received my first compensation cheque after only a few weeks and look forward to more, I have found them very helpful, I approached them myself as they say they do it all for you which they do, I have noted a number of negative reviews but they focus on unsolicited advertising, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone

Five star service, thanks!,The bad reviews here are concerning unwanted mail shots and not service. This firm does the work for you; simply sign a few forms and that's that. Personally, it took a fair few months for me and eventually we got there and a nice sum has come my way. Very pleased with this. High recommended.

DO NOT USE-bullies, they apparently sent me letters to say my fee needs paying and sent law enforcement to me!!! Will be conducting an investigation as had to call police too!!! Small firm trying to take advantage of people with health issues

This company actively sends out unaddressed, unnamed, unsolicited junk mail to your door! They actively get bad reviews blocked on Trustpilot. Anyone who uses this unethical company needs their head examining!
