After contacting them and not expecting a response (I called other specialists and I couldn’t get anything sorted due to how busy this time of year is!) They responded to me quickly and did a great job. Bear with them because they are inundated with work, and for good reason.

Never able to speak to anyone immediately, so I am only able to leave a message on their answer machine. When they rang back a couple of days later on each occasion they gave me an approximate day to come out to look at my roof but never showed up on either day specified. I left another message last week and no-one has replied. Totally unprofessional. If they're too busy or don't want to do the work then tell me instead of leading me on and wasting my time.

I wouldn't trust this firm ever again. Damaged my property, agreed to rectify (seemingly fair and square) at the time. Then dodged my calls for months. After resorting to threats of legal action, they finally answered my calls. To my utter shock, they denied all knowledge! Couldnt believe it . Father and son have no qualms about ripping off lone women. Not nice people..Silly me for judging people by my own standards and trusting so called 'honest business men' to do the right thing. Lost faith in human nature after this, a shame as I will never trust again.
