Louise on reception is one in a million. She is the face of the practice. Always smiling and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for her. Absolutely wonderful.

I am disgusted at vets. If you bring a stray cat for emergency treatment and RSPCA has paid for it they don't look or treat cat properly. If you take a cat registered at pet they dont give a diagnosis they make you go several times before and pay for consultations before they say lets have the right test for diagnosis. It is all about money now.

We took our dog Bertie to the lodge veterinary centre today very well organised indeed he had his yearly vaccination left safely attached to a very strong hook in porch the nurse was there to collect paid over the phone by card then collected him off the hook everyone safe well done the gang at the lodge xxxx

Always friendly reception staff and great vets. I always ask for Monika when i need to see a vet for my cats. I trust her opinion and diagnosis. She is understanding and kind and available to answer questions and concerns. My cats have been patients of the lodge for more than 10 years.

I used to bring my cat here before she sadly passed away and we always had great service.I am now a 1st time dog owner and all the staff here have been brilliant, always happy to answer any questions.I never feel embarrassed to ask questions that may appear obvious, but I just need that reassurance that I’m doing the right thing.They genuinely care about animals and my puppy actually pulls on her way in because she knows she’s getting a bit of fuss and seeing other pets.She loves it there, which is a relief because she’s clearly comfortable with the team.All the staff here are lovely.
