I have Used Planet IT for many years.Cant fault Mike my account manager he always manages to get the best price and beat all other providers.Delivery is often next day.Support and knowledge from Planets skilled work force when providing hardware and software solutions is second to none.Never had an issue with this provider defiantly recommend them

I have worked with Planet IT in my previous and current role on several projects. I was very happy with the service provided, approach taken and knowledge of the engineers.There are a lot of companies offering similar services but what I really like is that when we experienced issues it was dealt with and changes were made to processes. For me that is the real measure of a company - how they deal with problems. Everybody can look good when things go right but you learn more from seeing how mistakes, issues and faults are dealt with. I would definitely use Planet IT again and recommend them to anyone.

In all the years I have worked with resellers and IT support companies in general, there are none to touch the service and efficiency of Planet. Nothing is too much trouble. People phone you back, chase things and appear to genuinely care. Price is a big factor for us and they have always been extremely competitive in this area. Worked with Mike for a few years now.
