Smashing, super job done by the team at milton keynes landscapes. They cleared my whole mess of a garden which I had been struggling with for years and transformed it into a dream for me with new fencing, artificial grass and a wonderful patio. They removed all waste and had all tools for the job. Thank you guys

I have never had an experience like it. I met Elliot Robinson to discuss what I required for my patio and and was given a quote which read 'to lay a patio and remove the waste as discussed' I should never have accepted this and should have asked for a detailed bill. Instead I paid the deposit. The day the work was started his 2 workers turned up and had no clue what they were mean't to be building so I told them. When he turned up that evening he denied that we had agreed some of the work suggesting that I had told him that part of what I had said I was planning for the future(why would I do that?). He then offered to do that part but for another £350. He left telling me to e-mail him to confirm this was ok. I e-mailed and told him this was not ok and I felt that I was being cheated. He phoned and spent 45 mins laying into me about disrespect for him and being the most difficult customer he had every come across and after he had finished his rant, accused ME of being the most argumentative client he had ever come across even though i had spent half the time admitting that i had been naive in not asking for a detailed quote in the first place. He threatened to come and remove all that had been done that day. I was what you would call 'between a rock and a hard place'. I agreed to let him finish the work that HE said we had agreed. luckily the two lads(Morgan and Nick) were decent workmen so the patio was ok. Its only a shame that they work for him. It doesn't end here. He sub-contracted a company to delivery the paving stones and hard core. They came on the drive and smashed a large pot. He claims that we need to go to the sub-contractor ourselves to get any compensation! Also I have asked numerous times for a receipt without success. As for a guarantee, I guess that even if I had one it wouldn't be worth the paper it's written on.Avoid at all costs but if you are daft enough to use him make sure to get a detailed quote before you pay a single penny.

I don't usually write reviews but felt that I needed to warn potential customers about this company and its owner. In hindsight we know that we should have requested a detailed quote, not paid a 50% deposit and certainly have not paid the balance until we were happy with the patio.The patio was laid on sand and also in the wet. We were told not to walk on it until it was dry. This took several days and when we did we discovered that 11 of the paving stones were loose and uneven. We have since been told that indian sandstone slabs should be laid on concrete skreed not sand. I contacted the owner (Elliot Robinson) to request that he come out to rectify the mistakes. In the meantime my husband had already written a harsh but accurate review and so Robinson told me to 'kindly jog on' and that he was going to put our name and address and write nasty lies about us if we didn't remove the review. Which as you can see shows what sort of person he really is.I would recommend that you also look at the reviews of Robinsons Garden Services (we wish we had!) and see that we are not the first to be caught out like this. Thankfully we found an excellent above board company who had to rip up the entire patio and re-lay it in the correct manner. Because we had to do this we ended up paying nearly double the original cost. We have discovered also that many reputable companies would not ask for a deposit before starting the work and not request final payment until the customer was entirely satisfied with the work. Unlike Robinson who threatened to keep his workers on site until we paid the balance. Apparently also asking for a receipt and compensation for a broken pot was 'harassing' him.Thankfully anyone who knows us knows that the comments about my husband are totally false and slanderous

I saw what a great job they did at my mum's and started using them. Super polite and professional, they put in a ton of effort. Totally recommend them.

A driver in a company van decided to stop in the middle of the road on Bletchley high street (Queensway) simply to have a chat with a friend. They blocked traffic both ways. Unprofessional.

A terrible experience... I would certainly NOT recommend them. We contacted them for a garden renovation. Elliot James Robinson, the owner of the company, gave us a quote. His team of workers started working on the garden. At the end of the second day, I noticed that the porcelain tiles were not laid properly. Please see attached photos to observe how appalling the quality is. I realised they weren't using plastic spacers to lay the tiles. I asked the workers to stop laying new tiles until the mistakes were fixed. Then Elliot James Robinson came to convince me.
