Ordered some packaging from Wellpack that was needed urgently to ship a delicate item. I ordered a couple of hours before the 3pm cut off for next day delivery. I paid the £10 additional charge for next day delivery and awaited for my items. The next day I called up late afternoon to ask where the order was as it hadn’t arrived. The person answering the phone assured me that the delivery would arrive before 5pm as I had paid for next day postage. Around 30 minutes after I made the call I received an email showing the order had literally just been dispatched. When I called back I was told to expect the delivery the following day. The company seems to be run from someone’s bedroom and is not professional at all. Very rude staff who rung up when I complained and then stopped answering the phone. Avoid avoid avoid

I have placed an order on 6th March and paid for the next day delivery and the boxes have never arrived on time. I am moving tomorrow and still don’t have the boxes.Honestly, I called them 5 times , they are not picking up the phone.I emailed them twice with no response.TERRIBLE. I strongly NOT RECOMMEND.

Please read the reviews before you have the misfortune of dealing with this business. Ordered 1000 envelopes, they put the incorrect address and lied about getting it redelivered. They're now ignoring my phone calls. Liars and morally inept. Ebay and Amazon should ban them as sellers. I'll be contacting Trading Standards too, this can't run.

Do not deal with this company. I paid for next day delivery on Saturday knowing it wouldn't get picked up until Monday therefore I was expect to get this by Tuesday. This did not happen, I rang and they promise id now get this by Thursday. So today (Wednesday) I rang to check it had been sent out and it's a good job I rang as they had not, they then rearranged the delivery and promised I'd get this next day (Thursday 08/12) but then I got an email stating I now won't get it until 13/12. The issue is I have a business and I'm trying to send a package so they have now delayed my business and caused me to loose £1100 due to the order being cancelled. Never again will I use these guys, very unprofessional.

They are THE worst company i have ever experienced in my entire life. they sell basic items, boxes, packaging materials etc. It's not exactly rocket science, so when you order a product, they take your money, and it says 2-3 days delivery, you don't expect 3 weeks to go by with no contact and no delivery. None of the phone numbers worked on the website and it took more than 3 emails to get a generic reply back saying 'to check the status of your order please logon to the website'. Up until that point, the login area of the website just said the order was 'processing'. Since the email it said 'refunded'... but here I am - still without a product and still without a refund. So they steal money and can't deliver goods. Absolutely criminal. Just can't understand why companies like this still actually operate. Total waste of time.

Complete waste of time, Falsely advertises delivery times that is completely not true. Email to say order would be delivered on Monday, we are now Thursday and tracking says on hold. As a company you are responsible for making sure the item ordered reaches your customer. Would never use again or recommend.

I ordered one box and they sent the wrong size. They are ignoring emails and won't send a postage label so I can return for a refund. Not a serious operation. I'll never go near again.

Time waster, placed an order but didnt received the delivery, almost 2 months now. Sent emails no response. Not sure if the company is trading. Anyone should be aware of the risks before placing an order.
