WoS Gowns and Alterations

Highly recommend WOS gowns! I got my wedding dress and my 3x bridesmaid dresses altered and they are perfect! Amazing prices and the girls made you feel so comfortable! They know exactly what they are doing and a so professional! From start to finish, they were brilliant! :D

A totally amazing lady!!!Couldn’t afford the dress I really wanted but Harriet sent me loads of similar dresses but a lot cheaper and said she would alter it if needed!!!!She definitely goes that extra mile to get exactly what you want and at a price you can afford.Thank you so muchMichaela xxx

Went here to try on some dresses for my summer ball. The two ladies are absolutely lovely and make you feel 'at home'. They were both really nice with trying anything on and were just happy to help. It's a small shop that sells pre-loved dresses so although their stock isn't huge there are still lots of lovely dresses that can also be ordered in different sizes upon request. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for dresses. They also do wedding dresses I think.

I highly recommend WoS. We went to have my daughters prom dress altered. The ladies were so kind and friendly and the alterations were done really quickly to a high quality. There was a vast selection wedding gowns and if I’d known beforehand, we would have gone there for my daughters prom dress.

Wonderful experience finding a prom dress for my daughter. She was made to feel really special. Plenty of dresses and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you very much!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!I initially made contact with Alison through their Instagram page. Making an appointment was easy and she sent me across some photos of current samples so I could take a look at them before I got there. I shared some of my worries about dress shopping with her and she couldn’t have been more lovely.When I arrived, the ladies were so friendly and instantly put me at ease. I didn’t really know what style of dress I wanted and was supported me with ideas and suggestions without feeling overwhelmed - a very delicate balance!By some sort of miracle, the first dress Alison picked happened to be THE ONE! She still encouraged me to try lots of different styles on but I just kept coming back to the original dress. I then discussed lots of ways to customise it and the whole team were so adaptable to make sure I had exactly what I wanted.At no point did I feel pressured to choose on the day but I just knew it was the one I wanted.And on top of all that wonderfulness, the dresses are so reasonably priced.The idea of buying a wedding dress was quite daunting for me but these ladies made it the most enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend it enough.Thank you for making my experience so perfect ♥️

Could not ask for more so friendly and helpful time to listen happy for you to try and retry happy to give advice when needed. Overall fantastic. I am not a confident person but I came away from them with a dress that made me feel stunning, confident and yes beautiful thank you so much nothing to much trouble
