BUTLER & STAG OWES ME £1500!!!During my moving out process I let Butler & Stag know I was able to vacate earlier, if it meant I could get a refund on rent paid. In spite of verbal confirmation from Simon Harrington - they are not paying me the rent back in spite of moving out 2 weeks early!After being rushed to move out by Simon Harrington and stressing to get everything finished on time, because their new tenants were moving in - I have now been told (after I have moved out early, and my tenancy has finished) that their new tenants weren't moving in on time, and I would not be liable for a refund.I upheld my part of the deal, Butler & Stag did not. And after moving out early, they tried to claim damages caused by tenants before me.Butler & Stag do not stick to their word. They did not tell me about tenants not moving in. They kept pushing for me to move out earlyAVOID!

I have been working with Butler and Stag for a few years now and found them helpful and responsive. In particular, when it came to renewing my tenancy agreement, Paul Curtis was great. Always happy to answer questions and concerns. Good communication throughout the whole process.

I can't say how highly I would recommend the entire team at Butler and Stag Bow. From start to finish, professionalism and great advice. They made selling my flat a calm and considered process. Rob, Oliver and Helga were all outstanding.

As far as real estate agents go, Butler & Stag are one of the good ones. They are very responsive and professional, and have a lot of integrity in terms of how they deal with the sales process. Special shoutout to Helga who was instrumental in ensuring all parties within the chain were on top of what needed to be done to get everything moving towards completion!

We had a great experience with Butler and Stag . They had in depth knowledge and experience on how to manage the sale of a new build flat and the challenges that come with this .Communication was excellent and they always got back to us very quickly. It was a long and tricky sale but they helped us at each stage . Highly recommend.

As a landlord, I have used Butler and Stag a couple of times to rent out my property. I have found them to be extremely professional, they have found good quality tenants quickly and they have helped deal with some contractual matters with ease. Some individual staff on their team have gone above and beyond what I think was necessary (special thanks to Natalie) Good customer service is rare and I think its important to mention it when it happens.

I used Butler and Stag to let out my flat and would recommend them. They explained the process clearly, and all fees were transparent and up front. The marketing of the flat was extremely professional, and helped find the right tentants incredibly quickly. All of the pre-letting processes was taken care of, and any questions responded to quickly by the property manager. They certainly helped take a lot of stress off of my shoulders, and I would definitely recommend.
