I booked an appointment, I had a family emergency and txted them an hour and abit before seeing if I could reschedule for later in the day I checked to see if the lass had availability online and she did so texted them and they haven’t responded even thought they have posted on there instagram very unprofessional sort it out

Had my nails and eyelashes done, could not fault my nails but the lash extensions. One day after having them done loads kept falling out which left them with massive gaps, I messaged the salon, they read the message but no reply. Really disappointed as they were for my holiday
