Just spent the most amazing weekend at Netherbyres, celebrating our daughters wedding.Calling Netherbyres a 'venue' is just not enough.It's a place that absorbs you totally and you can feel the love Mike and Sarah have put into it, in every single space. We all felt that it was our own private residence!Mike and Sarah provided us with the Friday evening grazing table as well as fabulous breakfasts on theSaturday and Sunday. Delicious!The wines were amazing and very reasonablely priced. We,ll be back just for the Malbec! It wasan absolute privilege to have them open their home to us.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You guys rock!

We had the most fantastic wedding at Netherbyres House. Every single one of our guests commented on just how wonderful the venue, the staff and the owners were - and we couldn't agree more! From the minute we got in the door, everything we needed was dealt with in such a timely manner and if there was any issues on the day, we would've never known! We can never thank Sarah and Mike enough for everything they did on our wedding weekend, and we would truly encourage anyone who is considering Netherbyres as their wedding venue to book!!

If you are looking for home away from home for a wedding venue, then Netherbyres ticks all the boxes.Sarah & Mike have obviously put a lot of time and effort in creating the perfect wedding venue. Netherbyres house has so many unique and amazing spots for spending time with your loved ones, taking photos, sipping on the amazing drink options and getting married!!We had the freedom to select our own venders, many of which were recommended by Sarah & Mike.Both hosts were very friendly and got on well with our guests, making them feel very welcome.We honestly could not have picked a better venue to tie the knot. The building and grounds are stunning! The main room was transformed in no time from a ceremony into a dining area and then to a party room. All whilst we sipped drinks in gorgeous bar area.We would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue.Thank you Sarah & Mike.

Had such a good day at Emily and Emery’s wedding in August - beautiful weather against the stunning backdrop of Netherbyres House. Really nice to meet Sarah, Mike and the crew, everyone was so helpful and ran smoothly. Belter of a wedding!

Netherbyres is an incredible wedding venue, it’s absolutely stunning inside and out, a unique and quirky design and set up throughout each room. We loved everything about it.Sarah and Mike are also wonderful hosts, and they kept us organised and on track throughout the wedding planning process all the way through to the day itself, always willing to answer our many questions. They were both so friendly and committed to ensuring we had the best day possible. We also took advantage of the offer to get our photos taken in the neighbouring walled garden, which I would highly recommend if you are getting married in the summer months when it is all in bloom. Thanks Sarah and Mike for your huge part in making our day as special as it was!

The perfect wedding location! We had our Wedding at Netherbyres in May. Mike and Sarah were the perfect mix of organised and relaxed. The venue is exceptional. Really fun and memorable for our guests.

From start to finish Sarah and Mike made sure our wedding weekend was perfect! They have the most amazing venue and chilled out personalities nothing was stressful!! We had an amazing time and wish we could do it all again. Every one of our guests have all commented how amazing Sarah and Mike were and how incredible the venue was. Sarah was even up dancing with our guests and Mike was amazingly helpful being our announcer. We cannot thank them both enough!

We fell in love with Netherbyres when we visited, it was one of a few we'd shortlisted and knew it was the perfect venue. Sarah and Mike were super accommodating, showing us around their lovely place and talking us through a usual wedding day there, while also encouraging us to bring our own creative ideas for the day. For us, being an inclusive venue was also a top priority and there wasn't a shadow of a doubt that Netherbyers are.In the run-up Sarah was on hand to answer any questions we had via email, even jumping on a last-minute call to talk to us about capacities and booking a stretch tent.We had 101 full-day guests and booked a stretch tent from Strech Tent Scotland where we had the ceremony and meal as we were too large a party for the main hall.In the evening we used the main hall for dancing and karaoke which was excellent, with a good amount of space for a proper bumpy ceilidh and enough room to stand away from any unfortunate singers. Our guests partied late into the night and commented on how amazing the venue was, how lovely Leeanne, Sarah and Mike were and their seriously excellent bar skills. Sarah’s spicy margs and Mike's negronis are not to be missed. We wish we could do it all over again.Abie and LeonaMarried 23.09.2023

A retrospective post as we had our wedding here in October and I thought I’d already reviewed! Brilliant, cosy and personalised from start to finish. Venue itself is absolutely spellbinding and finished to a high standard. Rooms are spacious and gorgeously quirky. Mike & Sarah were extremely accommodating - we were a button hole short and Sarah made one herself using flowers from the arch! Felt very chilled in their presence and they were so friendly and approachable. If you want an intimate, eclectic venue where you can create your own wedding in full, we recommend this ten times over.
