Fix Squeaky Floors and Stairs

Wow, wow, wow. Our floor doesn't creak any more! It was driving me up the wall.Robert is incredibly professional through and through, and worked diligently to get the job done on time. His experience was evident in the way he confidently approached the work.I'm really impressed and would highly recommend.

I had my landing flooring replaced and stairs braced to remove some bad squeaking.The work was done to a high standard and the workmanship was very professional.Re laying carpet once done and going the extra step to hoover and clean up afterwards.Very happy and would highly recommend.

Robert was very professional and made the process from start to finish a pleasant one. Very reasonably priced and the quality of workmanship is very high. Had creaky/cracked stairs and now it’s like got a new set of stairs down. I’m pretty sure Robert went above and beyond the scope of works to complete the job but didn’t mention it. Robert and his colleagues did a truly exceptional job restoring my floor, and I could not recommend him highly enough. I had recently moved into a Georgian period conversion and was having issues with constantly squeaking floorboards, which had been frustrating my neighbours for years. I was able to arrange an appointment with Robert within days, and he immediately diagnosed the problem as being to do with multiple layers of cheap flooring layered on top of each other, explaining the issue, and his proposed solution, thoroughly and earnestly. He was able to remove the faulty flooring within a day, and proceeded to painstakingly repair the original floorboards - meticulously uprooting, re-aligning and repairing the entire space, board by board. There is now no noise to speak of, and his efforts have added almost 5cm to the ceiling height.The whole service from Robert, and his colleagues Adrian and Peter, was faultless from start to finish, and his work ethic is quite frankly extraordinary. He is very upfront and extremely reasonable about costs, which I have found to be rare in my area; I have no doubt that he has saved me a significant sum of money, as well as giving me peace of mind through his high quality workmanship. If I ever have need of flooring services I will look no further, and I would strongly advise you to do the same.

We had a very squeaky floor. Asked Robert to see this and he came in few days to fix it. Great job. All floorboards lifted and replaced properly. No noise what so ever. The lady in flat below is now happy! Carpet lifted and replaced.Would recommend highly.

Having struggled to find anyone who would come and fix my tiny chipboard bathroom floor, I was delighted to find Robert. He was attentive to my enquiries from the start and I was impressed by his professionalism on the day. He and his colleague worked from 8.30-5.00 finishing the job in one day as promised. (Previously I was told it was a three day job!). His colleague also fixed my toilet at no extra cost. I could not have had better service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
