Great place.Excellent value for money .Great way for the children to spend a couple of hours (if they want to stay that long which mine usually do)

We have many happy memories of this place from when our boys were younger. Sadly today's visit (9th July 2023) was one massive disappointment. We had booked for X-Plorer (adult) course a week in advance. On arrival, we were informed that the course was closed and that head office should have informed us ...". Well

Brilliant family adventure for older children to do. Actually a great day out and decent parking and facilities in the park. Staff very accommodating.

Booked the high ropes on Saturday 1st July, for the next day. Received a phone an hour before to say they had an issue on the course and needed to cancel and refund. Contacted them 2 weeks later, to be informed that refunds weee being processed that week.It’s now nearly 6 weeks, nothing received and can only get their voicemail.Poor customer service to need to chase to have money returned for a service not given.Update: after 3 months, i called again and spoke to someone. The person said that it could only be processed if I email, and other phone attendance should have told me that.I emailed them and got a response, and money was fully refunded. After 3 months.

It was really great fun. I didn't push myself enough on the zip line and got stuck in the middle. The team helped me out and got me to the other side. Really good family fun time.

the ideal place to go out with the family at the picnic, ideal for walk ,ideal for bicycle riders, has trails of varying levels of difficulty for amateur and professional cyclists will find real challenges.

Great climbing challenge for kids of all ages, really lovely team of staff on hand to instruct and help. Red Rocket was the favourite part.

So much fun for adults and kids. We were 6 (4 adults and 2 kids under 10). 3 adults went on the Xplorer trail and 1 adult accompanied (not able to participate as an adult on adventurer trails) with 2 kids. The kids loved it!!! Different trails, heights and difficulty. Kids throughly exhausted but very very content. Adults also very happy and tired as well! Highly Recommend as a day out (can also make the most of Irchester country park) Staff very helpful too.

I took my 5 year old daughter here and to begin with she was having a great time the instructor was very informative and the instructions were very easy to follow. How ever on the rocket feature, when it came to a halt on the other side my daughters head banged up against the frame inside the rocket leaving her with a nasty bump and swelling. The staff were helpful in the way that they provided ice packs but on the other hand they were quite cold and unapologetic about what had happened. I had to suggest that they complete an accident form, otherwise I’m sure they wouldn’t have bothered, which for me was quite concerning. For this reason we will not be returning. Health & safety not great … I just feel like they could have been more concerned about my daughters welfare than they were.
