I have been learning from John for about 8 years now and have always been improving. As a drummer and musician I have improved a lot, John is a great teacher who can make learning very simple even at the most advanced of techniques. His lessons will help drummers of all skill levels and also give them a good experience in learning.

John's a very good teacher. He's been teaching my teenage kids and I for over 3 years from beginners. Very nice guy. Patient with me (the kids pick it up easier!). He keeps the lessons interesting by regularly switching from grades to rudiments, and will follow your lead if you want to try something else. I thoroughly recommend him whatever level you are.

I have now been having lessons with John Schofield for about a year, where I was complete beginner. He has heaps of patience and he tailors the lessons to my needs. I enjoy my lessons immensely and it comes as a good break from my day to day working life.

Since being taught by John over the past few years, my drumming has improved vastly. He's a fantastic drum teacher, with an endless amount of skills. He has encouraged me to seek my greatest potential as a drummer and performer.
